Project 1

One of our earlier projects; we transformed a run down half-way house into three separate properties, boasting seventeen bedrooms, three eat-in kitchens and tonnes of quirky touches.

We went for an urban twist on this period property which had been vacant for some time and needed a comprehensive strip out, extension, re-plumb, re-wire, new bathrooms throughout and an awful lot of artificial plants!

Project 4
​
In 2023, we purchased a small hotel in Bury and secured planning permission to convert this megalith of a period property into two luxury all-ensuite HMOs with on-site car parking and opulently large quartz kitchens. With average room sizes of 21m2 and room heights of over 3 metres, this handsome period property provides an abundance of accommodation for high-end professional tenants.
